About Us

Dr. Davis grew up in Wyoming and graduated from Cheyenne East High School and is happy to be back in his home state. After high school he joined the Army and became an Infantry Paratrooper in the Elite 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He then earned his Medical Degree from Creighton University Medical School in Omaha, Nebraska, graduating near the top of his class. He returned to the Army to complete his Head and Neck Surgery Residency at one of the most distinguished hospitals in the world, Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. He went on to teach at the Combined Army-Air Force Head and Neck Surgery Residency Program in San Antonio, Texas. While in San Antonio he also became an Associate Professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center in the Head and Neck Surgery Department. He has been back in Wyoming since 2008 and is the only Physician in Wyoming Board-certified in Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery and Sleep Medicine.

Alana and Dr. Davis met in Portland, Oregon way back in 1993, married in 1995, and have been a successful team ever since, complementing each other’s skills nicely. They started Davis ENT Specialists together in 2011. “Our goal was to have a practice where excellence in patient care is the standard, we love our work, and our employees are hardworking, happy and well rewarded. Lofty goals, but we did it!” Before moving to Wyoming, Alana used her Bachelors degree in Molecular Biology to become an Embryologist at one of the top In-Vitro Fertilization Centers in the country. It was extremely rewarding work and hard to leave. Managing Davis ENT Specialists has more than filled that void. Her passions are yoga, travel and spoiling their German Shorthaired Pointers.

Kent grew up in Gillette and graduated from Campbell County High School. He attended the University of Wyoming and received a Bachelors' degree in Chemistry. He helped Dr. Davis and Alana in opening Davis ENT Specialists in 2011. Along with assisting Dr. Davis in clinic, he is a registered Sleep Technologist with the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists. Away from work he likes to spend time with his family. He enjoys traveling, fine dining, golfing, and playing poker. He coaches various youth sports teams for his son. He also loves watching his daughter compete in dance. The Wilkerson family is very active in the community through participation in the following organizations: Gillette College, The Performing Arts Workshop, Local Arts and Education programs, John Paul II Catholic School, Gillette Rotary Ball, and many other area fundraising events.

Beth completed her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration while working and raising her 6 year old, energetic daughter. She enjoys the variety and contrast of using her interpersonal skills with patients, which can be unpredictable and fun, but also likes the certainty associated with working with numbers, creating a nice balance overall balance to her job. "My co-workers and bosses make my job very enjoyable, everyone but Danielle thinks I'm funny." Says, Beth.

A graduate of Westwood High School, Nick decided to pursue Sleep Medicine instead of going straight to college, a decision his parents fully supported. With a passion for science and medicine, Sleep Medicine is a great fit for him. As part of his training, he attended the prestigious Stanford Sleep Medicine Center in Palo Alto, California. We like to say he “graduated” from Stanford after two weeks. Graduating from summer camp may not seem like a big achievement, but not when it comes to Culver Summer Camp in Culver, Indiana. It is a high challenge, high support environment for learning leadership skills. Nick was very proud to graduate with high honors after attending three Summers. Nick is well traveled, well read, and has the best head of hair we’ve ever seen.

Patty has been with the practice from the beginning. "Loyalty like hers is difficult to find" Says Practice Manager, Alana Davis. A member of The American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, Patty is in charge of the allergy program, Patty does all of the allergy mixing, a task in which perfect execution is critical. It is rumored amoung patients that she has the “touch” at giving a nearly painless shot. Patty loves to read pretty much anything, fair weather camping, and walking her also-fair-weather Boxer, Sammie.

Danielle trained at the Atlanta School of Sleep Medicine and received her certification through the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists. Prior to that she attended Moorcroft High School and has taken courses at Gillette Community College as well. Her low key demeanor is ideal for her role in sleep medicine. She loves being around animals, especially her 2 cats. She also likes Harry Potter.

Many surgeons use the scrub technicians provided by the surgical facility, but Toni's speed, accuracy, and ability to perceive Dr. Davis's needs in advance made her a permanent member of his surgical team. "She makes me a better surgeon." Says Dr. Davis. In her personal time, Toni is busy loving life chasing her young daughter and son.

One could call her "Jessi-can" because of her exceptional work ethic. 

Originally from Ohio, Jessica moved to Wyoming in middle school. Jessica is the mother of two daughters and enjoys supporting all their activities including cheerleading. During Jessica's "me time" she hones her passion for photography and love of reading. 

Sydney was raised in a military household which is how she most-likely developed her strong attention to detail and can-do attitude. 

She enjoys reading in her spare time and tending to her rag-tag group of animals which could be called a small zoo. She stays in shape following her busy toddler which she lovingly says is "also part of the zoo."
